Estate Watch is a network of tenants’ and residents’ groups and individuals whose estates are at risk of demolition or are in the process of demolition. It is supported by London Tenants Federation and Just Space – providing help and guidance to tenants and residents living on estates earmarked for demolition.

Estate Watch has developed an Alternative Good Practice Guide to Estate Regeneration which picks up where the Mayor of London’s guide fails

LTF and Just Space are organising a zoom meeting about this alternative – for tenants & residents groups and community groups that are involved with Just Space and that are working with social housing tenants & residents on 22nd March 2023.
