Re-advertisement of a three day a week post (with a two-year contract) funded by an Oak Foundation Building Momentum grant. The salary is £20,580.99 per year.
We are looking for someone to help us build our membership – both our core borough- or landlord wide members and our new individual tenants and residents association, tenant managed organisation and co-operative membership. The post will involve supporting tenant groups of different social landlords engaging with one another across borough boundaries (in subregional meetings) on local and London-wide housing policy. Where appropriate, meetings will be face-to-face or via zoom.
The post holder will work closely with the LTF members, directors, co-ordinator and a new LTF support worker (funded by Trust for London and Tudor Trust) who will be responsible for developing cross London single-issue tenant networks (similar to our Estate Watch network established with Just Space) – focused on issues such as fuel poverty, overcrowding, infill development, major works and health and safety.

We have also provided a link to the application form and equality and diversity monitoring form as a word document – which will be easier to complete.
The deadline for submitting an application (to firstname.lastname@example.org) is 5 pm Tuesday 28th September.
We will be shortlisting on Wednesday 29th September and interviewing on Tuesday 5th October.
