Report: sub-regional meeting on industry in London

On April 27, 2023, tenant representatives met to speak about ‘local jobs for local people’, and particularly the ways in which their communities have been impacted by past and ongoing changes to London’s economy. Representatives were joined by two speakers — Prof Mark Brearley (Vital OKR, Kaymet London Limited) and Kay Ballard (Tower Hamlets Unite Community), who shared historical and contemporary overviews of industry and work from Pan-London and Thames-specific perspectives, respectively.
