How We Work
London Tenants Federation provide a strong representative voice for social housing tenants in London.

How LTF works
We aim to achieve a secure home and a seat at the table for London’s social housing communities. Through grassroots collaboration, policy insight, and lived experience, we ensure tenants have a voice in the decisions that shape their homes and neighbourhoods.
- Led by tenants: Our network includes TRAs, TMOs, housing co-ops and council tenants. Together, we build collective knowledge and influence change.
- Consensus-driven: We co-chair meetings and develop shared positions like our London Tenants Manifesto, through open discussion and agreement.
- Evidence-based: We analyse housing data, collaborate with experts, and share findings in accessible briefings, newsletters and reports.
- Active and connected: We organise events, support consultations, and represent tenants at City Hall and major housing policy forums.
