Using the Mayor of London’s online residential completions dashboard, LTF has analysed the delivery and loss of social-rented homes in London over the last decade.Only 12,050 additional social-rented homes were built in London from 2012-2022 while had none been demolished this would have risen to 34,942.Check out how many of the 22,895 social-rented homes that were demolished in London over the last decade were in your borough/planning authority.
