Briefing: Few households with median incomes able to afford ‘London Living Rent’

This briefing sets out our analysis of the London Mayor’s London Living Rents. The analysis shows that that this ‘affordable housing’ product is in fact unaffordable to the vast majority of households with net equivalised median incomes or below.
