In this podcast, we interview a Broadwater Farm tenant representative about the demolition ballot of two blocks of flats (Tangmere and Northolt) on his estate in Haringey.

The ballot took place from 11 February to 7 March 2022.

55% of those eligible voted and 85% voted for the demolition.

The tenant representative is involved with Estate Watch – a website and network of tenants in London whose estates are at risk of demolition or are in the process of demolition – set up and supported by London Tenants Federation and Just Space.
