The government is proposing an
overhaul of the planning system, with some potentially very concerning implications for the delivery of social rented homes and the power of local communities to influence or challenge decision making about planning applications and planning policy.
The final deadline to respond to the government’s consultation on these proposals was Thursday 29th October at 11.45pm. This is the response we gave to the consultation.
