This podcast is an interview with a resident of Central Hill Estate, London Borough of Lambeth.

The resident has lived on the estate for 20 years.

In the podcast, she expresses concerns about a range of issues including:

• the running down of her estate and its communal facilities,
• risk of the estate being unnecessarily demolished and how residents might deal with this,
• unfairness in the estate ballot processes.

The resident is involved with  Estate Watch  – a website and network for residents whose estates are at risk of demolition or are in the process of being demolished. It was established and is supported by London Tenants Federation and Just Space.
