Holland Rise and Whitebeam Close Tenant Management Organisation has been responsible for managing the two estates since 1995. The organisation is run by a Management Committee (Board) consisting of a maximum of 12 resident members who are elected at the Annual General Meeting by other residents who are called “shareholders.”
